Abbo’s Alley Hideaway

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this newly renovated basement studio apartment located in the heart of Sewanee's campus. The property backs up to Abbo's Alley and is walking distance from everywhere! The space The space is a one room studio apartment and features a private entrance, open layout, kitchen/kitchenette, full bath, outdoor patio, WiFi, new memory foam queen mattress, and shared laundry. The sitting area has a smart TV that streams the host's youtube TV, and guests can log into their private netflix/hulu/other streaming accounts. Here’s a full list of amenities guests can expect to find: HEATING/COOLING - Central heating/air - Electric fireplace - Extra blankets - Portable floor fan SLEEPING AREA - Queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress - All cotton bedding; a change of linens is also provided - Chest of drawers for clothing storage - White noise machine to help with sleeping and drowning out any ambient noise. NOTE: we have young children, so guests may (ahem, likely WILL) hear the pitter patter of little feet above them at some point during their stay. - Queen air mattress available upon request SITTING AREA - Smart TV -- Guests can log into their own private streaming accounts (i.e. hulu, netflix, Apple TV, etc.) - Vegan leather loveseat - End table/ottoman - Folding chair for additional seating KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, french press coffee pot, tea kettle, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes and cups, and wine glasses - Dining table and two stools, plus an additional counter stool BATHROOM - Toiletries are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - Four bath towels, four hand towels, eight washcloths, and three makeup towels. Kindly use the makeup towels to avoid staining the other towels. MISC. - WiFi - Private parking pad for guests - Access to shared laundry - Outside patio with table and chairs Other things to note The guest's parking pad is located approximately 100 yards from the entrance to the studio apartment. The parking pad is gravel, and the walkway to the studio entrance is lined with pavers and external solar lights. The entrance is underneath a deck, and there is a motion sensor light to help illuminate the entrance.
