The space Single story, 5 bedroom 3 full bath, 4000 sq ft home located in a quiet, safe cove overlooking a golf course. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of hallway closets and garage. The only guests on property should be the ones on the reservations. Other things to note We are not a party or event venue. We host a maximum of 16 guests at all times. No visitors or extra guest allowed. We are in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our neighbors enjoy a peaceful and quiet living. Our apologies, we do not host local residents. If you're looking to party past 10:00 pm, you will likely enjoy yourself at another listing. Pool open from May through September, weather permitting. Pool is not heated.
