Beautiful garden and walking distance to shops and pub. The bathroom in the basement does not have a working toilet. We have a small toilet on the main floor. The new bathroom in the basement has heating cables, shower, and dryer. If you rent, you have to clean up after yourself. We don't have a washing machine The space The property is located at Seljesanden in a building area from the 50s. It was previously owned by Selje Church. There is 1 bedroom in the basement, steep stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Entrance both on the 1st floor and basement. The house has normal maintenance, but wear and tear in some places. The basement is partially plastered, walls, floors, and ceilings, brand new electrical system and heat pump. Bedrooms on the 2nd (1 bedroom) and 3rd floor are painted. (2) pcs. You can expect waves that beat and calm and relaxation in a good atmosphere. Guest access There is a large bedroom in the attic, straight ahead which is private, also dark ceiling. Other things to note Hot tub not for rent. There is a self-service laundry here, it may be possible to order laundry for NOK 2000. But it is not fixed. There is a toilet in the basement but with technical error, cannot be used. So use our small one on the main floor. The laundry room is not finished and has old flooring. Garbage is delivered in a container at Nomil, past the marina
