Located in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, in Conca dei Marini, Casa Costiera is the perfect place for those looking for a relaxing stay. Surrounded by greenery, on the sea, it offers the possibility of a unique experience on the Amalfi Coast, due to the tranquility of the place and the beauty of the view. Located between two pearls of the Coast, the beach of the Furore Fjord (5 min walk) and the Emerald Grotto (3 min), it is only 6 km from Amalfi and 9 km from Positano. The space Conveniently accessible from the SS 163 state road, through driveway ramp, Casa Costiera has free private parking on the premises. From the parking lot, descending along the main staircase a few steps you reach a garden equipped with shower and lounge chairs. Continuing for a few other steps you still reach the entrance of the house preceded by two gardens equipped with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and aperitifs. Recently renovated, the rooms have been designed to offer the guest the opportunity to enjoy the modernity of comforts and furnishings with a look at the past, given by the local majolica characteristics, which reproduce shapes and colors typical of the coast. The interiors are arranged on one floor: the entrance opens to an open space kitchen/living room, equipped with all amenities ( microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher). It also has a comfortable sofa bed. On the left, you can access a first full bathroom with shower and washing machine. Continuing to the right of the open space, you pass to the bedroom, with a large window overlooking the sea and a second bathroom with shower. The accommodation tax (€2.00 per person per day) is not included in the rate and is payable on site in cash. Access to the property is only allowed for our Guests and parties are not allowed. Casa Costiera is not located in the center of Conca dei Marini, which is approximately 3 km away. Another nearby center is Praiano, 4 km away.
