Following the first accommodation with a record of bookings in our area, we decided to create this "experience" with our amazing view of the Amvrakikos Gulf and the ancient theater of Nikopolis. The rich equipment such as a hot tub, a bed with a water mattress, air conditioners, a 55" smart TV, leather sofas, etc., as well as the playground, is of course again a one-way street for us. The space Each of the three bedrooms has its own style. The first one is very bright with a large window and a large balcony door overlooking the Amvrakikos Gulf and the ancient theater, it has a large double bed, smart TV, makeup mirror, autonomous air conditioning and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is dominated by black and white and the view of the garden with trees, it has a fantastic bed with water mattress, 40" TV, autonomous air conditioning, makeup mirror and a large closet. The third bedroom is more cozy, paved with laminate that continues to the back of the bed. It also has a TV, a makeup mirror and a large closet. Here is a remote-controlled ceiling fan to provide coolness on hot days. In the dining area you will see a large expandable dining table for six people from which you have a view of the Amvrakikos Gulf on the one hand and the garden and the private playground on the other. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable and long stay. It is equipped with a large freezer fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, kettle, toaster and many pots and pans. In the independently air-conditioned living room you can enjoy from the leather sofas the endless view of the Amvrakikos Gulf and the ancient theater of Nikopolis. It also has an energy-efficient fireplace for romantic evenings and a large 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. One of the living room sofas is converted into a double bed, allowing for a seventh and eighth person to be accommodated. The bathroom follows the same rhythm with a large window taking advantage of the view which becomes enjoyable from the hot tub.
