All in a beautiful, quiet, private, and serene area within easy reach of the popular Del Vino Vineyards, quaint downtown Northport, Sunken Meadow Beach, and more. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful escape. The space This one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of our home and has its own private entrance. The bedroom has a queen bed, nighstands with USB lamps, closet, and dresser. There's a living/dining area with a TV, futon (converts to a double bed), coffee table/ottoman, and cozy papasan chair. The dining area has a counter-high table with four stools, a mini fridge with small freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and some disposable plates, utensils, and cups. And some games for you to play! Please note that if you use the futon as a bed, there is not a separate futon/couch, however, you can always convert the bed back to a futon during the day. Notes: - Our family of three and medium sized dog live on the second floor of the home, with a completely separate entrance. You will likely hear us and our footsteps during your stay, during the day and as we’re getting ready school and work in the mornings. - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property — not inside, not outside. - Parties are strictly forbidden. This is not a party house. - The max occupancy is four people. Only registered guests are allowed at the Airbnb. Guest access You'll have full, exclusive, private access to the downstairs/one bedroom of the home. Outdoor spaces are shared spaces. Other things to note We are a family of three with a medium sized dog who live on the second floor of the home. You will likely hear us and our footsteps during the day day and as we’re getting ready school and work in the mornings. This is a one-acre property with loads of natural critters who like to visit, including squirrels, chipmunks, deer, rabbits, and the occasional raccoon. We have treated our yard for ticks, mosquitoes, and poison ivy but please take the proper precautions by bringing repellent, doing tick checks, and avoiding any areas of the wooded parts outside of the lawn. For upkeep and maintenance, landscaping projects and pool cleanings and repairs may happen during your stay. We have a Smart TV. Bring your login information to watch TV. Note: Our pool is open June through the end of September but keep in mind the pool is not heated, so it's a cool, refreshing swim.
