The space Welcome to our vacation home! The accommodation is an independent portion of our home, where my husband Andrea and I live, along with our dog Edo. Your apartment, located on the ground floor, is a true oasis of tranquility. With its 100 square meters, it offers ample interior spaces and a 30 sqm porch overlooking a large garden. The house is equipped with a high quality thermal insulation that makes it cool in summer and warm in winter, offering maximum comfort in any season. The apartment has central heating and a pellet stove, which we take care of for refuelling and maintenance. In addition, in May 2026, work was completed to completely replace the window frames, ensuring additional insulation and comfort. **Four-legged friends** Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2. We also ask that you specify the breed at the time of booking. Acceptance of breeds considered "dangerous" is at our discretion. **Amenities and services** The accommodation is complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay: * Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with three single beds. * Living area: with two comfortable sofas and a smart TV. * Bathroom: equipped with an extra-large shower and a washing machine. * Kitchen: Fully equipped. * Free private parking. **Location** The house is in a quiet residential area, away from the noise of traffic and commercial activities. The location is ideal for exploring the area: in a few minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Grado and Marina Julia, or immerse yourself in the history of Aquileia with its archaeological excavations.
