It's a single, entire house In "Shangrilá", the first resort we find to the east -after leaving Montevideo- is "El Quincho". On the waterfront, minutes from the airport and Montevideo in a residential area, quiet but connected to everything. With a garden, stove, heated pool (October to April), wood stove, grill, laundry room, master bedroom with dressing room, terrace, en-suite bathroom and ocean view, fully equipped, to enjoy as a family all year round. The space 170 m2 house plus 60 m2 pergola on 590 m2 of land. It has 3 bedrooms 4 bathrooms -2 full, 1 exterior, 1 social-, living room, open kitchen and large dining room, with wood stove and table for 10 people inside, plus other tables for 12 people on the outside deck. At the back, a barbecue with a bar and dishwasher. Folding ping pong table. Laundry space. Kitchen with refrigerator with freezer and built-in ice maker, electric oven, gas stove; extractor, equipped with everything you need (appliances, utensils, dishes). In front, a large garden with a swimming pool (heated from October to April), a fire pit, and a pergola with a deck, tables, and Paraguayan hammocks. Master bedroom on the top floor with dressing room, beautiful en-suite bathroom and terrace with ocean views. Comfortable armchairs (serve as 2 extra beds) in the living room. Wi-Fi and cable TVs with all platforms incorporated. Gas by pipe. Air conditioning in all rooms. Own parking. Guest access It's an entire house. With 600 m2 of land and 170 m2 built. The key is given to the guests. Other things to note We recommend hiring the cleaning service at least once a week, as the pool, garden, and proximity to the beach usually get dirtier than usual.
