You will love the charm of the home the minute you walk in. Large spacious rooms with recently updated kitchen and bath. We can accommodate 4 guest, but most suitable for a couple or a home base for remote working. We have Master bedroom with queen size bed and a full size sleep sofa in the Living room. (sheets provided) We are 1 block from the Rappahannock River and public access/beach is 2 blocks away. Please review All House rules, cancel policy and additional pet cleaning fees BEFORE booking. You can walk to all the best restaurants in town, just a block or 2 away. With that said you are in town and very very close to everything, but realize you are on a main road, occasionally you may hear traffic. We provide a white noise machine for those that are really light sleepers. Wifi provided, stream with your Netflix/Prime etc. PLEASE PROVIDE ID: HOUSE RULE, MUST BE 25 YRS OF AGE TO BOOK. Guest access Private entrance at driveway ( ramp to back door ) and over 1000 sq ft of space to enjoy. Trip insurance is highly recommended. Other things to note 1 block from River, boat landing 4 blocks away, close to wineries and breweries within 2 miles. Romantic get away or just a great spot to unwind.
