The space Your personal sitting room, bathroom, dining area and office space are located close to your bedroom on the second floor with access via a log staircase as shown in the photos. Situated in biodiversity conservation land featuring mowed trails, Hunter River bank and a Labyrinth for meditation and a relaxing walk. Access is to your suite is through the Art Studio & there's a balcony between the first and second floors to family kitchen . See photo in dining area. You have 2 fans, we do not have aircon. Guest access Your guest suite is on the second floor with access through my art studio. This accommodation is for adults only. Access is via an artisan staircase as shown on the photos and is not suitable for those with walking and mobility issues. Please park by the solar panels and you will find your accommodation through the art studio door, from the back deck. During your stay You have a guest suite with amazing views. We live in the house & will deliver fresh bread for breakfast every day and I clear the breakfast table after you have finished. We have a security/fire alarm. We are available to help when needed. Between 6 - 7.30 pm I make breads for your breakfast you may hear cooking noises. No one else uses your lounge, dinning area, office space or bathroom. Internal balcony to ground floor. Other things to note This accommodation is suitable for adults only. We do not accept pets. We cannot cater for special diets so if you have specific requirements, you will need to bring these with you. This includes yogurt and gluten free items. I cook breakfast breads for you between 6 -7.30 pm and prepare our family meal. You may the bread maker kneading the dough. Check in after 3pm 15.00 and before 8pm 20.00. Registration details 4010416
