While you are in the house enjoy the blazing fast wireless internet, multiple streaming services, built-in audio system, multiple common areas, a fun-filled game room, separate breakfast and formal dining rooms, and more. Enjoy easy access to Lake Lanier from private double-slip dock with upper deck. Our home is designed to make you comfortable during your stay. The house features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom on main level has a king bed while the 3 bedroom upstairs have queen beds, and the fifth bedroom on the terrace level has 2 sets of bunk beds with 3 twin beds and 1 full size bed. In addition, the den on the terrace level also offers a sleeper sofa. You will also have access to a great room and family room on the main level, both equipped with modern & comfortable furniture, and fireplaces. The formal dining room has enough seating for 6 while the breakfast area seats another 6. As far as amenities, you will have access to high-speed WiFi and an audio system that broadcasts to 6 different rooms throughout the house. There is a washer and dryer available for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with a six-burner stove, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and all flatware, drinkware, dishes, and pots & pans. The house features a deck on the main level and a screened-in porch on terrace level. The fenced-in backyard has an outdoor dining set with seating for 8. There is also a gas grill available for your use. Lake access is just a short stroll through the woods down to the lake shore, where you will have access to a large two-slip dock with an upper sun deck. You will have access to the entire house, including the 2-car garage and the private boat dock. The third garage is used as owner's private storage. We have security cameras in the front of the house and the backyard. We also have noise monitors inside and outside the house to ensure there are no loud parties, so as not to disturb our neighbors. In addition to the 2-car garage, you can park 3 additional cars in the driveway. No street parking allowed. Access to the house is through the garage, where both the garage door and house door are unlocked through a keypad. We do not allow any pets inside the house.
