License: HS-003880-2025 The space This is a private guest suite located on the bottom floor of a 3-story hillside house. Your private entrance is located in the backyard, where you can self check-in with our smart lock system. Once inside, sink into the comfy sofa and stream your heart out on a 48" HD flatscreen with Apple TV. Behind you, an open kitchen stands ready with a full-size fridge, 4-burner stovetop, and a microwave. It's stocked with all the essentials, including a French press (because good coffee is a must), a tea kettle, cookware, plateware, utensils, and of course wine glasses (because, well, wine). The bedroom is your personal sleep haven, featuring a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and a down comforter that's as fluffy as a cloud. There's also a standing wardrobe with hangers, an iron, and a dedicated desk with lightning fast Wi-Fi. Step outside to your own slice of paradise - a spacious deck with a sofa perfect for sunset selfies. Off the deck, a pathway leads you to a Koi pond where you can commune with nature and meet our magnificent Koi fish! Feel like exploring? You're just minutes away from East-side's best attractions. Guest access The guest suite is at the base of our main house, accessed via a private entrance around back. With hillside living there are roughly 50 well-lit steps to go down. Once you’re down in the backyard, the deck and the Koi pond are yours to enjoy. Other things to note There is street parking available in front of the house. With the narrow hillside streets, please be mindful of other vehicles to ensure you’re not blocking other cars or private driveways.
