We're conveniently located within walking distance to tons of retail stores and restaurants and on Mississauga Bus system with routes leading directly to Square One Shopping Centre where you can take bus to downtown Toronto. LARGE CLEAN PRIVATE BEDROOM (15' x 15') WITH... - Full size and comfortable queen bed, with desk, fresh towels, sheets, blankets. Bedroom is located on top floor with our bedrooms. - Private washroom with tub & shower (shared occasionally with other house guest). We supply toilet paper, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and soap. - Hair dryer and iron with ironing board is also available. - Private sitting area and kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and eating space (shared occasionally with other house guest) - Free wireless internet, - In-house games room (pool table, arcade games, fooz ball). NON-SMOKERS ONLY (please respect this request) We have a very friendly and calm "no barking" dog (greyhound/lab cross). We want you to relax and enjoy your stay so we will be as helpful and social as you want. We can stock your personal fridge with basic groceries on arrival (you pay cost)...or drive you to/from the local grocery store. We are ten minutes from Toronto Airport. We will pickup and drop off at airport ($20 each way - normal taxi is $55. We will pick you up 24/7, providing we're available, so you can settle in as quickly as possible). Our neighbourhood is very quiet and very safe to walk, day or night. We're an easy walk to Heartland Centre which is Mississauga's largest retail area and one kilometer from the 401/Mavis exit. We're conveniently located on Mississauga Bus route leading directly to Square One Shopping Centre (one bus) which has bus line that takes travelers to downtown Toronto (one more bus). There are many quality restaurants and fast food places within easy walk. Most things will be within a 5-10 minute walk (groceries, clothes, Good Life Fitness gym - that is open 24/7) and short drive or bus to movie theatre and our local Community Centre. We have decided to not accept pets.. As much as all of us like animals it makes our own dog sad to share his home and we need to respect that. Guest access You are welcome to join us for a movie in our TV room or just socialize with us if you chooes...but more importantly you will have own room, washroom, kitchen and sitting area if you choose to have your own space. During your stay We are absolutely around to be great hosts. We can share great ideas on where to go as a tourist and VERY cost-friendly ways to go to Niagara Falls, Canada's Wonderland, CN Tower, Royal Ontario Museum, Ontario Art Gallery, Casa Loma and all that Downtown Toronto has to offer. We have also been 'surrogate' parents to students traveling to Mississauga for school or work exchange. Other things to note Please check with us before booking. We will help you decide if our place is convenient based on where you will be working or spending most of your time. We want you happy and a 45 minute daily drive won't help you. Having said that we have had two guests say we are worth the extra drive.
