Fully furnished private room with brand new furniture (New king size bed with memory foam mattress, sturdy work desk w/ executive chair, and a smart TV!) and private mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in the room. Located in the quiet & beautiful Santa Teresa area with a green belt running along its side and a nice view of the Almaden Valley Hills. 1 mile to Santa Teresa Rail Station and 2 miles to Fwy 101 and Hwy 85, walking distance from local restaurants, fast food, and supermarket. The space New king size bed with memory foam mattress, work desk, office chair, smart TV. Private mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in the room! Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are provided. Room is located upstairs with a shared full bathroom in front of the room’s door. During your stay I live in the room next door with my husband and daughter. When I am at home, you can simply knock on my door or talk to me downstairs in the living area. When I am not at home, I can be reached over Airbnb messaging 9 am to 9 pm. For urgent things between 9 pm and 9 am, please give me a direct call on my mobile phone.
