Fire up the BBQ in the backyard and relax on the outdoor patio furniture. The outdoor cushions are stored along the side of the house for your convenience. Located near Rancho San Rafael Regional Park, you'll have easy access to Washoe County's beautiful 580-acre park featuring expansive green spaces, an arboretum, botanical gardens, hiking and biking trails, and plenty of picnic areas. You can go for a run, hike, or mountain bike ride right from the house, with acres of nearby BLM land waiting to be explored. Our home is also less than 10 minutes from the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC), downtown Reno, and Interstate 80, making it an ideal location for both business and leisure travelers. Reno offers exciting events and activities throughout the year, and you're just 45–50 minutes from the stunning shores of Lake Tahoe. Several ski resorts, including Boreal and Mt. Rose, are within a 35–40 minute drive, making this a great destination in every season. Guest access Our home features three bedrooms with a total of 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed. This is our personal vacation home, and we enjoy staying here just as much as we love sharing it with our guests. We visit Reno often to enjoy the area's activities, entertainment, and concerts, so you may notice some of our personal belongings in the home. For your convenience, we provide: Fresh sheets and towels Toilet paper Paper towels Occupancy: The base rate includes up to 4 guests. Any additional guests will be charged $75 per guest, per day. Entertainment: The home has 3 TVs—one in the living room and one in each bedroom. To access streaming services, you'll need to sign in using the guest profile with your own streaming accounts. Please remember to sign out before you check out. Other things to note Parking & Laundry Information 🚗 Free Parking: A free driveway parking space is available for guests. Please don't be alarmed if you see our blue truck parked in the driveway—it's there when we're staying at the property. 🚫 Garage Access: The garage is not available for guest use. 🧺 Laundry: There is no washer or dryer available at the home. However, Mr. Bubbles Laundromat is conveniently located nearby and offers both self-service machines and a highly rated wash-and-fold service with easy drop-off and pickup. 📺 There are 3 TVs in the home.
