Dear guests, The small apartment (45 sqm) was newly renovated & tastefully furnished on July 22. It has a fully equipped kitchen, small living/dining area, bathroom with walk-in shower & two cozy interior bedrooms. The sofa (usable as a sofa bed) with TV invites you to relax. A private terrace & sauna (new24) is also at your disposal. Wifi, bedding & towels included. Scharbeutz & the beautiful Baltic Sea are 3 km away. The space A newly renovated and newly furnished apartment awaits you in July 2022. In the spring of 2024, we expanded the terrace, built a roof with (among other things) storage facilities and built a new sauna for you to use :) In addition, there is a possibility that your small children (up to approx. 8 years) can experience pony riding with us once per vacation free of charge. (Except over Ascension Day) The apartment is about 45 square meters. Living/dining area: - Dining table with 4 chairs located by the floor-to-ceiling window - Kitchenette - Wardrobe - Sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed) with TV board floor-to-ceiling windows Kitchen: - The kitchen is fully equipped - Large refrigerator with freezer compartment - Oven - Dishwasher - Large ceramic hob - Toaster - Egg boiler - Electric kettle - filter coffee machine - Mixer - Dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, cloth, sponge - Dishes and cutlery of any kind - Cooking pots - Knives, scissors and so on For hygienic reasons, we have not been able to provide food such as salt, pepper, oils, etc. since the coronavirus pandemic. We ask for your understanding. Our private garden and living area are located on the opposite side of the house. Thus, you are completely private there and can enjoy your privacy - Private apartment entrance - Private parking space for the car - Bicycles and bicycle trailers can be parked under the new canopy of the apartment Sauna: - Spring 2024 newly built sauna with infusion options at your disposal - 2 reclining chairs and 1 small side table We look forward to seeing you soon and wish you a nice vacation :) Guest access The apartment is a separate apartment in which all areas are used only by the respective guest. Thus, the guest enjoys their full privacy. The apartment is located on the opposite side of our private rooms and has its own entrance and parking space.
