Family house of 180 m2 with 5 bedrooms. This is our year-round home. Our house is ideally located to enjoy the beaches and the Basque country. 5 minutes from Bayonne and 15 minutes from the beaches. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool, relax in the Jacuzzi after a day of surfing, or eat grilled marshmallows around the brazier. Our house opens onto the garden with a covered terrace to enjoy the outdoors even in rainy weather. The space Our house is located in a very quiet residential area. We live here with our two children. We have a parking lot to park your vehicle (up to 2 cars). The house is very bright, open to the garden with a large veranda furnished with a lounge and dining area and has 2 terraces: one covered with garden furniture and dining table, and another in the garden with plancha, brazier and garden furniture. Access also to the swimming pool (from May to September) and jacuzzi. Our house has 5 bedrooms with storage space for your belongings: A master bedroom with a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). 1 bedroom with double bed 1 bedroom with single bunk bed and desk A bedroom game room (toys and board games available) with a 2-seater sofa bed (with real mattress for more comfort) An office with a double sofa bed (very comfortable real bed). You also have a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, separate toilet and a laundry room. We also provide books, games and toys. A trampoline is also available, a ping pong table and a basketball hoop. Guest access You have access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note Swimming pool open from May to September.
