Little Loon Cottage on the waterfront has a short path to a private sandy beautiful beach of your own. Swimming, fishing, Grills, kayaks, (2 fishing, 1 sit in), pedalboat, picnic tables, chairs, ac, tv with Roku, firepit, small equipped kitchen, shower, and the seasonal Porch overlooks cottage lawn and lake. Great restaurants, attractions nearby, happy hosts available to help make it the best! Families love the gradual sandy HUGE private swimming and room to run and play. Icy cool AC, too! The space On 600 acre Webster Lake (no roads to cross and we are your only neighbor). Enjoy the unshared natural beach where you will be left alone, with many unshared amenities. There is also a small fishing dock and swim raft accessible via a steep slope. It is to the right of the cottage when facing the lake and is for you to use. While we have a lot of space and lake frontage (550 feet), you will be close to our house. Part of the path crosses our yard between our house and deck. We give you your privacy when using your beach path but are always available if you need help with anything at all. We want you to make yourselves at home, you can play your music, the kids can go crazy, Eric and I are easy going New Hampshire folks. If you have any special requests be sure to ask when you book, we will make every effort to accommodate you. Join us for live music or a show at a local venue. Read a book under the trees or watch eagles soar! Or have a peaceful quiet couples fire just steps from the cottage. Amazing Wildlife with daily loons, heron, and sometimes the Barred Owl at night. All the waterfront amenities including kayaks, etc are For your personal use. Guest access Guest areas are the cottage, beach, the cottage yards, and the designated cottage paths. We leave those to you for the duration of your stay. Guest parking right next to cottage which from the street is to the right of host house. Listen to your music at the waterfront, it’s never a problem. On hot days put the plastic adirondacks in the sand and soak your toes in the clean clear water. Close to Laconia, easy day trips for White Mountains attractions. 20 minutes to Highland Mountain Bike park for lift assisted fun, excellent trails including the Northern Rail Trail which has access right across the road. Meet the animals while enjoying delicious fresh ice cream at a nearby farm. Try out a rail bike, zipline, or gondola adventure. Outlet shopping close by. Visit a covered bridge or some breathtaking natural beauty. Wildlife exhibits, amusement parks, live music and excellent dining are all within your reach. Please don’t bring firewood from home: we will supply you with firewood, too. We do allow up to four day visitors with prior permission so if you are visiting local family or friends this might be a nice option for you. Other things to note Our house is close and is right next door: we don’t put photos of the house on the listing to avoid confusion about which place you will be staying at. Our home, deck and private walkway are not included, but the lower deck can be shared. You will often see us on our dock or out on the pontoon and we love a chat! Please use the designated path down seven steps and to the left past the decks and follow the pavers along the waterfront to access your beach. Small sink, no dishwasher Cottage bedrooms have partition walls and curtain doors. Boathouse ping pong and guest toys are to the right of the door when you enter. Rest is storage.
