The space The villa features a bright sun-filled living area, including a fully equipped family kitchen open to the living room and the terrace. This layout allows you to prepare delicious meals while staying connected with your close one. A few steps lead down to a first bathroom with WC, as well as a laundry room. Upstairs, you will find three double bedrooms with wardrobes, along with a second bathroom with WC. The entire house is fitted with recent reversible air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort in every season. That being said, you will likely spend most of your time outdoors: preparing barbecues in the summer kitchen, relaxing by the pool on the sun loungers, enjoying the outdoor lounge, or playing a game of pétanque, as local tradition goes. These intimate and soothing spaces have been designed for complete relaxation throughout your stay. The saltwater infinity pool, heated when needed, offers exceptional views over the Bay of Angels and Antibes Cap. It is equipped with a safety alarm system. However, due to its immediate proximity to the living room, it is not recommended for children under the age of 5. At night, the scenery takes on a different dimension: the valley lights up in a magical, romantic atmosphere, perfect for evening dinners or midnight swims. Guest access Guests enjoy full and private access to the villa, along with two private parking. The garden, swimming pool, and all listed amenities are exclusively reserved for guests. Other things to note The villa is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, within a peaceful residential neighborhood. It is not suitable for loud or late-night parties, but is perfect for small groups seeking rest, comfort, and a relaxed lifestyle. Ongoing improvements are carried out throughout the seasons to continually enhance comfort.
