There is separate AC in the room for summer time, and a heater for winter time Guest access guests have access to full kitchen, backyard, front porch with swing, and washer and dryer downstairs During your stay I live in this home with my daughter and I'm usually here. I'm calm and quiet, but I do have three dogs who live here so please make sure you're dog friendly before you reserve :-) Other things to note Front door entry to home, room is upstairs (7 steps).
