Characterful one bed annex with use of pool
Description
Situated in rural Wiltshire not far from Salisbury we would like to welcome you to the annex of our Manor Farm House that we are slowly returning to its former glory. The annex is recently renovated to create a comfortable room, shower room and kitchenette with shared access via the main house. The bedroom is set to sleep two but a third person (ideally a child for example) could sleep on a fold out bed. Relax and enjoy the pool and gardens, find a quiet space for a drink or outside breakfast. The space The bedroom is set to sleep two but there would be space to use a fold out bed for a third, ideally a child! You have your own private shower room and small kitchenette. The rooms are all together and reached via the shared access of our back door and boot room. There is no further access to the rest of the house. Please note the kitchenette does not have a cooker but there is a microwave, a two plate portable hob, a slow cooker, kettle toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer (the washing machine and dryer are shared with me). There is also all the crockery, cutlery, dishes and pots etc you would need. I always provide on your arrival tea and coffee making facilities, fresh bread, butter, preserves and fresh fruit - so you will always be able to have breakfast. Guest access You are welcome to use the pool and garden but they are shared with ourselves! During your stay The annex is part of our family home, so you will probably find us around, but we will be respectful of your privacy. Please note this particularly applies to the pool area, as when the sun is out everyone wants to use it! Other things to note Please note that we do have a dog, who is very friendly but you just need to know in case you don’t like dogs.
