Funky and neat basement bunker within walking distance of East Atlanta Village. Known for coffee bars, festivals, restaurants, and live music. The suite is well positioned to many major interstates, downtown, Grant Park, Decatur, Oakhurst, Cabbagetown, L5P and other local attractions. I’d also recommend checking out the Atlanta Beltline and Ponce City Market during your stay. I’m not far from the Krog st tunnel (about 5-7 minute dr) which is a cool jumping off spot for this adventure. The space Shared back entrance into your own super cool private basement suite. You'll head to the back of the house I call the "bunker" because of the unique stone walls. Your bedroom has a window for some sunlight during the day with your own private bathroom. The cozy living space can be accessed through the antique sliding doors equipped with a lounge chair, sofa sleeper, sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffeemaker (k cup) and a large screen tv. Guest access You have access to private 1 bedroom area with a living space. Once you shut the door it’s all yours. You have to enter through a shared laundry mud room which you are absolutely welcome to use. You’ll notice stairs up to the main house where I live. I just ask that you not access the main floor, that door should remain locked. Thanks!!
