Apartment Nikiszowiec Katowice historic estate

We invite you to our apartment, which is located in the historic mining estate of Nikiszowiec in Katowice. Nikiszowiec - an architectural gem inscribed on the UNESCO list of monuments, is one of the biggest tourist attractions in the region. The apartment is located on one of the most photogenic streets of the historic estate (view of the church tower). The apartment has an area of about 50 sq meters, and is perfect for couples, solo travelers or, for example, a group of friends. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic tenement house, without access to an elevator. For our guests: a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but there is 1 floor fan (45 cm wide). Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. A few minutes' walk from the apartment (near the market) there is: a grocery store, a bakery / cafe and two restaurants. The apartment includes: MINI HALLWAY A seat, a mirror, a shoe rack and coat hooks. KITCHENETTE Kitchenette fully equipped with basic kitchen accessories (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, wine glasses, dishwashing liquid, spices: salt, pepper, oil), additionally: washing machine (built under the counter), under-counter fridge with freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker. In addition, a welcome package consisting of tea and coffee capsules (persons x number of nights) + bottled water (1 per person). BATHROOM Walk-in shower, toilet, towels, shower gel and hand soap, hair dryer. LIVING ROOM WITH DINING ROOM Corner sofa bed, coffee table, cable TV, dining table with 4 chairs. BEDROOM + WARDROBE Bed 160 cm wide, bed linen, blackout curtains, console + large wardrobe hidden behind sliding doors, in the wardrobe: shelves + hanging space and additionally: iron, ironing board and laundry dryer ------- NOTE There is a total ban on smoking, parties and pets. Night silence is in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Guest access The apartment is entirely at the disposal of the guests. Check-in to the apartment after 3 p.m.; it is done independently via the application or by phone - remote unlocking of the door. Self check-in with the app downloaded to your own phone is available 24/7. Check-in without the app - by phone from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Detailed self check-in instructions will be sent on the day of check-in by 3:00 p.m. (after cleaning).
