No smoking, running or screaming in the apt. For example, If you lost the first key and need a second key to get in, but somehow you lost the second key, two keys in total by your check out date, it will be $200 for two keys in total. If you lost three keys and more during your stay, the apt door lock will need to be replaced to protect the stay of all future guests' safety. For three and more keys lost and/or damaged apt door lock and door handle, the total charge will be $2750 that includes locksmith services to replace the door lock. The duplex apt door lock is a special kind of customized made heavy and secure lock with additional lock replacement and locksmith charges required. *** Please airbnb msg/text/call me ASAP if you have difficulty in checking in to access the building or open the apt door. ***It’s the guests' full responsibilities to hold all keys during your stay and also please leave the keys on the kitchen counter upon your check out. * Per Airbnb booking policies, the hosts are not mandated to provide any mail & package delivery service during guests’ stay.
