Everything you need for a perfect stay! The space Golden Meadow is a first floor multi dog friendly apartment, accessed via a gentle ramp to the first floor. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shower room, hot tub, fully enclosed garden and parking area for multiple vehicles & exclusive direct access to our private 3 acre field. +Fully Fenced Garden Directly down the ramp from the front door is a fully enclosed garden with a patio, large grassed area, and parking for multiple vehicles. +Hot Tub Private, covered and gated 4 person Tuff Spa Hot Tub located at the base of the ramp with views over Golden Meadow. The perfect spot for cosy evenings after a day of exploring. +Private 3 acre field Accessed directly from the garden area is our private enclosed 3 acre field, perfect for your dogs or children to run & play in. +Kitchen/ Diner A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment electric oven and air fryer is available. A fully size dining table and chairs to seat 5 is located in the dining area. For those with dogs a mini freezer is available for RAW food. + Living Room Seats 5 on a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa and tub chair. A 55" SMART TV is here with access to all your favourite TV channels incl Netflix. High speed Wifi is throughout the apartment. + Bedrooms Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, linked but private is bedroom 2 which contains 3 full sized single beds. +Shower room: A WC, wash hand basin and large shower is located in here, along with vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket for the muddy/sandy clean ups. Guest access Guests have a private access to the Apartment via a private driveway. At times of wet weather vehicle access is past the owners home. The entire property, garden and field of Golden Meadow Apartment is for guests exclusive use. Other things to note Please note that bedroom 1 links through to bedroom 2 suitable for families and those familiar with one another. Hot Tub - we drain, sanitise and treat the hot tub between each guest Chlorine chemicals are used and the tub is tested daily to ensure water quality is maintained. A small welcome pack of: tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and welsh cakes will be waiting for you. (Please let us know if you would like alternatives, eg dairy free products). For your K9 companions bowls, towels, toys & sample packs from Skinners pet food & Dorwest Herbs are included an available for use. Multi Dogs are welcome: please advise on Number as 5 Great Danes may struggle to fit! No smoking inside the property but are welcome to smoke outside.
