The space This is a lovely two story Victorian home with large windows which fill the house with light all day. The house is cozy and peaceful, with wood floors in the downstairs living area and carpeting in the bedrooms upstairs. There are two queen beds and two single beds in the house. There is a bathroom on each floor. The eat -in kitchen is spacious and there is a large pantry which contains the washer and dryer. There are two living spaces- a "parlor" and a "family room". The Dining room has a table which accommodates 6. Everything needed for comfortable living is provided in this wonderful space. This rental does not charge a cleaning fee, requesting only that guests leave things in a reasonably clean condition in exchange for the somewhat unusual saving offered. This property is not able to accommodate the parking of a boat. Guest access All rooms of the house are for guest use. Other things to note There is a detached garage on the property which is not for guest use. There are also a couple of closets in the upstairs foyer area which are off limits to guests- there is more than sufficient closet space in the bedrooms and elsewhere in the house to satisfy the needs of all guests.
