Full access and use of common areas such as kitchen, family room and the lanai/pool/spa area to relax, read a book, or just to sit and appreciate the quietness of the surrounding conservation. The place is even nicer than the pictures show" Enjoy this 2-bedroom suite in our one floor 3-split home with a King size bed in the main bedroom, a Queen size bed and crib in the second bedroom with a private "Jack & Jill" full bathroom with two wash basins that connects the two bedrooms. The second bedroom also has a rocking chair suitable for a nursing mom! DirectTV cable available in the room as well as in shared family room. There are no stairs to access any parts of the house. In keeping with our name, we aim to provide you peace and tranquility and not only provide you with a quiet environment, but have teamed up with local yoga instructors and professional, licensed massage therapists to take your stay to the next relaxation level. Ask about these services when you book or at check in. Although you will have access to other shared amenities, you are not booking the entire house. The host lives in a separate part of the house. Bedrooms are set away from other bedrooms in the house. Guests will have a full sense of privacy. We can be reached by text, via the Airbnb app or in person when available. Please note that you are booking a room or two rooms in a house and not the whole house! Very quiet and friendly neighborhood in a gated community. Great for walks/runs. Gate entry code will be provided prior to arrival. 20 mins from Siemens, 15 mins from UCF, 50 mins from the Kennedy Space Center, 50 mins from the Disney parks. The growing Oviedo on the Park, with a wide selection of restaurants and bars is only 15 mins away and the entrance to the Little-Big Econ State Forest Park is 7 mins. Flagler Trail, a congressionally designated part of the Florida Scenic Trails and one of Seminole County's Showcase Trails is only 5 walking minutes away. We are about 40 minutes (30 miles) from the Orlando International Airport (MCO), via the I-417 toll road and 30 minutes (20 miles) from the Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) via SR 46 (no tolls). We recommend having your own transport for getting around, Uber and Lyft are available, but you may have to wait a while for one. Bathrobes, house slippers and separate pool towels provided for your comfort. A solar heated pool is available (access and use of pool is at your own risk). Another bedroom in the house, that can be booked separately as the "Inner Peace Sanctuary-Queen" may be available to accommodate up to 6 adults and an infant or toddler. To limit the spread of viruses, and other germs we encourage guests who are feeling ill or have flu like symptoms to reschedule their stays to a future date.
