Welcome to the Suites on Waverly Drive. A cute, quaint space offering a light, cozy and restful stay during your travels and after a long day at work. The Suites feature a mid-century modern look and feel, with each piece placed with comfort and eye provoking aesthetic in mind. The Steilacoom lake is only one block away to take your kayak or paddle board to enjoy. The backyard is secure for your fur baby to run around. Enjoy your stay at the Suites (side A). The space When the space was renovated, an idea was formed to turn the space light, quaint and cozy. Mid-century modern design was the idea chosen to occupy the space. With a mind towards eye provoking aesthetics and comfort for each guest whom enters each room. A welcoming feeling of light, bringing peace to the soul and joy to the heart as one fills it and calls it home. White, gold and nature were the deciding palettes, accented with various textures and sparkle of color. Adding mirrors gives additional length to each room, ensuring light is adequately reflected. Care was given for each piece chosen for its aesthetic and joy it would add to the room. Same care is given to each guest chosen to stay at The Suites, blessed to stay in such a place. Travel nurses, government workers on per diem, corporate travelers, and others welcome to apply. Nightly priced for one guest. Extra guests are added fees to cover utilities. *Must be added at booking.* Pets welcome if older, well behaved and not a nuisance. *Pet fees added at booking.* No pet weight or breed restrictions. The Suites is within a 20 minute drive to all major hospitals in the area, including St Joseph’s (8.1 mi), the VA at American Lake (4.3), Western State (2 mi), Mulitcare Tacoma General (8.9 mi), and Madigan on JBLM (6 mi). The Suites are 6 miles from the front gates of Fort Lewis and McChord Field. May you enjoy your stay, ensuring comfort is always met. Guest access The space is yours to occupy! The space is cute and comfy, with keyless entry at both front and back door for ease of access. It’s private, with security cameras and flood lights to ensure the space is safe. Other things to note The Suites recently were fully renovated, and many items in the space are new. Please treat everything with care and be sure to report any damage or accidents within 24 hours so they may be handled swiftly and promptly. Great care and eye has been made to decorate and feature the space. Pets are welcome to the property! The backyard is fully fenced, and the backyard neighbors have dogs as well. *Pet fees must be added onto booking for insurance purposes.* Booking confirmation will occur with fur babies once I know the age of the pet, and reassurance your pet is well trained and well maintained. No pet weight, breed, or size limitations. As we are open to pets, there may be pet smell and hair throughout the unit. We strive to clean up both smells and hair as much as possible, but as any pet owner knows, having pet hair comes with lots of love from their pets. Bikes, paddle board, kayak, board games and puzzles are free to use! Bikes on in the storage unit in side B. There is a manual duel value air pump (Presta / Schrader) to pump up the tires kept with the bikes. Kayak and paddle board are stored in the backyard storage unit on side A. Your door code given to you should work on both storage units to access the amenities. Board games are kept inside the gray coffee table under the TV. Lift up the top to access the board games Please do not overfill the washer. It is small so be mindful of filling it. The dryer is a ventless dryer, so all items will feel DAMP when complete the first time. Either dry again or longer, or air dry. Air fryer is included for convenience of cooking as everyone in 2020 became masters at air frying food. Entry is keyless on both front and back doors for ease of access after confirming booking. Security cameras and floodlights are on the property to ensure safety of all guests. Smoking tobacco or marijuana products are not allowed on the property. No vaping. I am allergic to tobacco and sensitive to marijuana. Smokers may smoke at the end of the driveway. No cooking curry, heavy spices or fish inside the property. There is a grill available to cook such items outside the property. Nightly priced for one guest. Extra guests are added fees to cover utilities costs. *Must be added at booking for insurance purposes.* Guests MUST pick up after their fur babies in the backyard in order for me to mow on a weekly basis. No animal land mines left in backyard. Please let me know your work/sleep cycle, that way if any maintenance needs to occur, I can work around you so not to disturb your sleep. There are exterior security cameras. Do not move them. I can observe and hear within their field of view, so mind I can hear conversations around them. Lake is one block away. Will have to carry kayak or paddle board to the lake to utilize. When messaging me, please provide your pronouns (He/She/They) as well as your guests. Do not plug extra items in the kitchen area, unless you unplug the microwave / air fryer. You WILL trip the circuit breakers. If you trip the breaker (no more electricity), go around to the backyard of Suite A where the circuit breakers are. Open up your Suites respective circuit breaker, trip ALL the breakers, and close the box. Power should be restored.
