Group gîte, Château de Bois-Guilbert

We are pleased to offer our group gîte to quiet groups (rental of the village party room recommended in addition for festive evenings). The cottage is located in the heart of the Sculpture Garden, Château de Bois-Guilbert, a vast space of poetry created by Jean-Marc de Pas, landscape sculptor, for 35 years, who will invite you to discover his workshop if it is available. On site, we recommend visiting the Garden and exhibitions (+€6 for the stay). The space 28-bed gîte rented to a single group of 15 people minimum. The rate shown corresponds to a minimum of 15 people. If there are 20 of you, you will have to announce 20 people, and pay the price per person per night, namely €19 per person + 5% tourist tax + Airbnb commission. Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, - 1 bedroom with 10 single beds, 2 of which are separated by a partition - 1 bedroom with 18 beds / 9 bunk beds, 2 of which are separated by a partition. These beds were built in wood, in the format 1.80 m by 0.80 m. Amenities: 3 showers, 3 toilets, an equipped kitchen, a 40 m2 room with a fireplace. On the site, - A Sculpture Garden labeled "Remarkable Garden", a real attraction for the cottage, and exhibitions. We recommend the visit (+€6 per person to be paid on site to the managing association). - Jean-Marc de Pas, sculptor, creator of the garden, opened his workshop on site in 1989: he will offer you a visit (free) if he is available. - Other rooms can be made available to you with an extra charge if needed - Entertainment and workshops can be booked with the managing association by appointment (introduction to modeling, scavenger hunt...) Guest access Hours (price per night): check-in at 2pm, checkout at 2pm. These times may vary if the cottage is not rented after you. Access: the cottage is located 100 meters to the right of the castle. Access is independent. Drop-off point for unloading and loading cars, with outdoor parking located in front of the property. Other things to note - QUIET / Respect for the quiet required with the Garden surrounding the castle open to visitors, furnished rentals at the castle for people looking for quiet and the surrounding area. If you want to organize a festive evening, we recommend renting the party room in addition, 1 km away (+€320 +€1 per cover +€0.17 kwh) and contacting the Bois-Guilbert Town Hall to check if the room is available. - BED LINEN AND TOWELS / On each bed: a pillow, a blanket and a bedspread. We trust that you will remind all members of your group to bring a fitted sheet (to protect the mattress cover), a top sheet (so as not to sleep in the blanket), a pillowcase (to protect the pillowcase) and a hand towel. - RATE / Price displayed for 15 people. You must declare the exact number to Airbnb (€19 per night per person + tourist tax)
