Damage & Incidentals This space is designed to feel like a home away from home, equipped with many amenities. Guests are responsible for any damage, incidentals, or missing items during their stay. No Pets While we love pets, due to common house elements and past guests' allergies, we do not allow any pets, including service animals. There will be a $250 cleaning fee if it is determined that a pet has been in the house.
