You will have access to the A condo, driveway parking marked A, and a full basement with rec room and laundry. You will have access to the EV charger at no cost. However, it is first come first serve. There is also a patio area with retractable privacy dividers. note: there are 3 stairs to access either entry door, and the basement stairs are rather steep.
