Old farm dating from 1774 in a peaceful hamlet at the foot of the Revermont, in the middle of the vineyards and on the edge of the forest, offers you a relaxing stay for the whole family, the perfect place to start your walks offering an unobstructed view of the Monts du Maconnais and surrounding castles. Inside, 150 m² on 3 levels with all the equipment necessary for your stay. You have a private outdoor area with table and benches to enjoy the setting sun during your meals. The space On the ground floor, you will enter through the spacious kitchen that leads you to the dining room, both overlooking the terrace. A storage room is also available for storing shoes, coats, suitcases... On the 1st floor, there is the spacious master bedroom (20 m²) with a double storage dresser and a baby bed. In the living room, you have a large wall cupboard with several wardrobes and shelves. 2 sofas for evenings with friends and family in total relaxation with connected TV. You will also find the bathroom completely renovated in 2022, as well as the separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, the children's "universe" is organized to accommodate 3 people (children or adults). Very spacious (about 50 m²) to let children play in peace (baby barrier). It has a dresser, bedside tables, small desk, coffee tables and various games. Placed under the roof (whose insulation was reviewed in 2024), this room has a skylight with motorized shutter, and blackout blind, as well as portable air conditioning if necessary. For the history of the house, it is an old farm rehabilitated in the 1960s by the former owner, which we have been renovating since 2021. Guest access The accommodation is totally independent and you will have exclusive use of it. Other things to note The area is safe, you won't have to worry even if you forget to lock your car. If you come with your bikes, they will also be safe by attaching them in the corner of the terrace, out of sight. The house being old and made of stone, it retains its freshness naturally in summer (provided you close the windows and doors during the great heat of the day). Conversely, in winter, the boiler replaced in 2023 with a pellet boiler provides gentle and constant heat thanks to the high-inertia cast iron radiators. For the "kids'" room under the roof, whose roof was renovated in 2024, with the insulation reviewed on occasion, a mobile air conditioning system is ready for use (I advise you to turn it on in the late afternoon (5-6 p.m.) so that the room is cool and comfortable at bedtime).
