Just let us know you need charging access when you book! - Water Supply: the property uses filtered spring water from private cisterns rather than municipal supply - please bring bottled water for drinking, cooking etc. - The olive grove is actively maintained and harvested by a local farmer, requiring periodical maintenance, but with care taken to minimize any disruption to guests. - Access is via a narrow mountain road and unpaved track. - Parts of the property are difficult to navigate (e.g., uneven stairs): it is not suitable for people with disabilities and/or with reduced mobility. - Swimming Pool Availability: The pool is generally available from June through September, in line with the local climate. Depending on weather conditions, we may be able to extend pool season into May and/or October of a particular year.
