Country Home in the city

Custom-built house on wooded two-acre site. Kids grew up, moved on. We now have plenty of room for guests. Arvada is on the north-west edge of Denver, easy access to both the city and the mountains. The space We have two listings for our home. This listing is for a single bedroom, with queen bed on the main floor and private bath. Includes full access to kitchen and laundry. Note: the main floor is shared space with the homeowners. Guest access Main entrance. Hosts meet guests upon arrival. During your stay We leave fairly early for work, but love to get acquainted and visit with guests as time allows. Other things to note We're a kid-friendly home; families are welcome. We do not have pets. But are glad to share farm-fresh eggs from our flock of chickens.
