This revamped estate sits on a privately gated half acre lot w/ beautiful backyard features a gorgeous pool, hot tub, putting green, wood fire pit, yard games, updated kitchen, pool table, 3 dining spaces, 4 stylish bedrooms, and a massive master suite with seating area, workspace, and a multi-person jetted tub! Multiple gathering places outside and in this 3,536+ sq ft home w/ high ceilings make this an ideal spot! The space The private large backyard is truly special and unique with an 8-person semi-in ground hot tub, a pool with fountains and basketball hoop, outdoor strip mural, a wood firepit, in-ground trampoline, grass for dogs/kids to play in, large yard games, and nice outdoor seating in the covered back patio in the setting of palm trees (34 on the ~ 1/2 acre property). The atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet--it feels like you are far away from all the action when you are home yet it is just a few minutes to many restaurants, shops, and stores and only 10 minutes to the STRIP by car. The inside of the home is just as relaxing with it's very spacious interior of over 3,500 sq ft, tall ceilings, modern kitchen, large living room with 75" 4KHDTV, pool table room overlooking backyard/pool w/ 65" 4KHDTV, nice formal dining area plus separate dining table beside kitchen (and one in back patio), full-sized laundry room, and large bedrooms with comfortable beds (master bedroom alone is huge and the size of a 1 bedroom apartment unit itself). 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and bedrooms 3 and 4 both have queen beds. The master bedroom has a large multi-person jetted spa in it with jets, music, and lights. This house and backyard are lovely to have fun, connect, relax, unwind, and recharge both inside and outside in all of its gathering spaces yet is conveniently close enough to many attractions to experience the best of both worlds. Guest access Enjoy access to the whole property except a small storage shed in the back yard. Owner does not live on site and the backyard is quite private. Other things to note Legal, permitted, and licensed to operate as an STR in Clark County, NV (home of the Las Vegas STRIP), so you can feel confident your stay won’t get shut down by the authorities before or during your arrival!
