The space The modern Happy Harbour apartment in Scharbeutz by My Baltic Sea is located in the Seaside House in the basement with its own entrance. It is only 400 m to the beach. A private parking space is right next to the apartment. * Happy Harbour apartment approx. 63 sqm * 2 bedrooms (double beds 180 x 200 cm) * Smart TV in the living room and bedroom * Bathroom with walk-in shower * Washer and dryer * Sauna in the bathroom * Clothes rack, ironing board, Dyson vacuum, hair dryer * Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave (coffee filter machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, pots, cutlery and much more) * Terrace with garden furniture and Weber gas grill * Electric blinds throughout the apartment * Baby package (Hauck baby travel cot + high chair (Mimzy Snacker) upon request and for a fee * Wi-Fi and utilities included Other highlights: •⁠ ⁠Air conditioning •⁠ ⁠Private sauna The cleaning fee includes the linen (consisting of bed linen, hand and shower towels, bath mats). The following is provided for first use: 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, 1-2 garbage bags, 2-3 dishwasher tabs, 2-4 coffee capsules Everything else is consumable items that must be brought along. The access code will be emailed to you a few days prior to arrival. Other things to note We will create the digital spa cards for you before arrival. These will be charged separately with the currently valid fee of the municipality of Scharbeutz. In addition, you have the option to book the following extras: •⁠ ⁠High chair (Mimzy Snacker) + travel bed (Hauck travel bed) (€20 per stay) •⁠ Pet allowed upon request for a fee (fee per dog / max. 2 dogs) • Use of a charging station for your electric car (€20 per charge) •⁠ ⁠Bathrobe (€8.50 per bathrobe) Please contact us directly for these extras. * Non-smoking - smoking is not allowed in our apartments. Please use the outdoor areas for this. Please note that some items shown in the booking photos may vary in the apartments. Depending on the condition, these will be replaced. Decorations or smaller, non-essential furnishings may differ from apartment to apartment. However, the core equipment remains fully available and functional.
