The house is a white villa with a private pool, romantic terrace, 5 bedrooms, one en-suite with a 55" flat-screen TV, gym, foosball, modern living room with a 65" TV, video game console and Wi-Fi. The space White Andalusian-style villa, 30 minutes from downtown Madrid. The house has a large garden with a private pool and a terrace with lots of shade. It has a beautiful and modern living room with doors that open to the garden, with a 65" flat screen TV, video game console and fiber optic Wifi Internet. The house has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom with full bathroom has a double bed and 55" TV. Another room has a double bed and two rooms have 2 single beds. On the ground floor is the living room and a modern kitchen. The garden has a romantic terrace with lots of shade and a large table, with access to the living room, a private pool, sun loungers and a barbecue. Guest access Sevilla la Nueva is a town 30 minutes from Madrid. The supermarket (Mercadona) is a 5-minute walk away, and the town square is a 10-minute walk from the house. Parking is available in front of the house. The bus that comes from Madrid stops 100m from the house. Other things to note The air conditioners are portable. The house has 4 rooms, but we set up 1 room for every 2 people. For 4 people it would be 2 rooms, for 6 people it would be 3 rooms. If you want one more room you would have to choose 1 extra person. We close the other rooms.
