Bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Livingroom has a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for preparing simple meals. The apartment has its own private entrance and you will have complete privacy during your stay. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. We live on property. Only guest on reservation may be on property. 24hr cameras outside of property. Quiet hours 10pm-7am Guest access Washer/dryer access upon request. Park up-to 2 cars (parallel parking). Other things to note We provide starter supplies. Toiletries, paper goods will not be replenished after check in. If you are flying in through DFW Airport there is a train stationed in Terminal B you can ride for $2. You’ll hop off at the Northside Station, but if you miss it no worries you can take the next stop. It’ll drop you off at downtown. Both stops are only 10mins from my place. The train runs on a strict schedule so I would be there 10mins before it leaves so you don’t miss it. Let me know if you’re interested and I can send you the link to the schedule.
