The villa is located in a private estate of just 3 villas, 15 minutes from the city. Villa Pepe may also be combined with the neighboring Villa Ada Ada, offering a total of 9 bedrooms for larger groups. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa: bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, terrace, garden, and pool. The fifth bedroom is available depending on the number of guests or chosen configuration. On-site private parking is included. Other things to note Villa Pepe includes daily housekeeping of rooms and common areas. Linens and towels are changed regularly. Meal options are available for the group with shared table service (not per plate). The villa’s kitchen is reserved for staff. If you wish to use it, a cleaning fee applies.
