49 Acre private property surrounded by nature and far away from any cities or neighbours. The surrounding areas within the property are of open access to the guests - They include a beautiful traditional Mata Atlântica forest with trails and a waterfall, as well as pond that can be used to fish. Traditional wildlife such as birds and monkeys can often be seen around. There is an amazing night sky with a full view of the Milky Way band of stars as well as a beautiful sunset vista. The space The house itself is very cozy and welcoming, with plenty of space to go around. In the front garden there is a huge suspended net, which is a great spot to lay down, relax and enjoy the nature around. There are three spacious bedrooms, with individual bathrooms for each. Two of the guest bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, the other one has a bunk bed and a widow size futton. All rooms have a beatiful view and are equipped with blackout curtains. The kitchen and living room are connected. The kitchen is fully equipped with your usual cooking utensils, , as well as a fueled stove, which can work as a cooking and/or heating method! There are also oil heaters available for each room, as well as an outside bonfire near the house. We have acess to stable Starlink wifi as well as a big screen TV with HDMI access. Guest access The keys are to be given to the guests on arrival. The house is located in the south of the state of Minas Gerais - It is a 3 and a half hour car trip from São Paulo or 7 hours from Belo Horizonte.
