The covered terrace, sunny or shaded as desired, offers unobstructed views of the property, golf course, lake and countryside. The 50 m² barn located in the courtyard just in front of the house is suitable for various activities of relaxation, sport, leisure or reception, it has a TV and reading lounge area and has direct access to the pool. The whole, comfortable and cozy, provides a feeling of well-being and tranquility. The 10 m x 5 m swimming pool with diving pool and solar shower is heated and treated with salt. Not overlooked, it is open for swimming from Easter to All Saints' Day, weather permitting, and is entirely dedicated to you. The pool house has a covered and shaded terrace, a small living room, a summer kitchen and a changing room. Guest access You have access to the whole property of more than one hectare: house, barn, swimming pool, pool house, four terraces with different views, garage, outdoor parking. All buildings are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Other things to note For your comfort, rest and the guarantee of a successful stay, we are on site and manage the daily maintenance of the property (opening and maintenance of the pool, pool house, barn and exteriors), with discretion and respect for your peace of mind. We take care of the cleaning of the cottage after your departure. For a long stay, bed linen, towels and tea towels are changed once a week. Our home is separate from the vacation rental and not directly overlooked.
