The covered terrace, sunny or shaded according to the desire, offers an unobstructed view of the property, the golf course, the lake and the countryside. La Grange of 50 m² located in the courtyard right in front of the house is suitable for different activities of relaxation, sport, leisure or reception, it has a TV and reading lounge area and has direct access to the pool. The whole, comfortable and cozy, provides a sense of well-being and tranquility. The 10m x 5m swimming pool with diving pit and solar shower, is heated and treated with salt. Not overlooked, it is open to Easter swimming in Toussaint if the weather permits and is entirely dedicated to you. The pool house has a covered and shaded terrace, a small living room, a summer kitchen as well as a cabin for changing. Guest access You have access to the whole property of more than one hectare: home, barn, swimming pool, pool house, four terraces with different viewpoints, garage, outdoor parking. All buildings are non-smoking and no pets allowed. Other things to note For your comfort, your rest and the guarantee of a successful stay, we are on site and manage the daily maintenance of the property (opening and maintenance of the pool, pool house, barn and exteriors), in discretion and respect for your tranquility. We take care of the cleaning of the cottage after your departure. For a long stay, bed linen, towels and tea towels are changed once every week. Our house is separated from the cottage and not overlooked directly.
