Near the 295 and 100, 35 min. from Washington DC, 25 min. from Baltimore, and 5 min. from Live! Casino & Arundel Mills Mall. Free WiFi, keypad self check-in, and in a neighborhood that's 10 min. from BWI Airport! The space Welcome to The Pond where your stay begins by following the grey stone path to the private entry way on the back side of the home. The living room area in front of you has plenty of seating, and for those who have to work and play, the area serves as a great work space featuring a beautiful wooden desk and computer chair. To your right you will see the dining area themed as "The Gathering Place." Everyone can enjoy their time indoors in the living room on the very comfortable couch and arm chair, with a 50" Smart HD TV equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick and antenna. The walls are decorated with a cozy decor. To your left you will find the cabinet filled with plates, cups, mugs, and bowls to make your stay even more enjoyable. A Keurig with starter K-cups is also available right before you enter the spacious laundry room to your left. It is equipped with essential appliances (washer, dryer, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and toaster). All the utensils needed to have a comfortable, worry-free stay are also provided in drawer of the countertop. Unwind in 1 of 2 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and two full baths to ensure all guests are comfortable. The luxurious primary suite features a cozy decor, two large windows, a spacious king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a full ensuite bathroom with a marble-topped vanity, a shower with dual shower heads (one being a rain shower), and plenty of bath towels, rags and toiletries. A second 50" Smart HD TV is available in the primary suite. The second large bedroom is furnished with another very comfortable and spacious king-sized platform bed. This room has its own lounge area, a 55" Roku TV, and 2 large closets. The 2nd full-bath is steps away through the pocket door! The window door opens to the backyard with a large outdoor deck furnished with patio furniture to enjoy the peaceful scenery, pool (seasonal June-September), and hot tub. Explore the neighborhood by driving 5 minutes to Live! Casino or Arundel Mills Mall! The Pond accepts a max of 4 guests. Parties and loud music are NOT allowed at any time to protect the home and neighbors from being disturbed. Animals are not allowed in the home. The hosts live in the space above the rental. Guest access Guests will have access to the basement suite of the home to include parking in the driveway and the backyard. The top floor of the home top level of the deck are unauthorized sections of the house where guests are not allowed to access. The keypad code will be provided separately to access the guest suite. The pool (seasonal June-September) and hot tub are shared spaces with the hosts. Parties and loud music are NOT allowed to protect the space from damage and our neighbors from being disrupted.
