This family home is close to all sights and amenities. The house is adjoining the Chapelle des Minimes on a quiet, pedestrian and wooded square. This is our holiday home and it is perfectly equipped. The beaches are 15 minutes' walk away and the coves are 20 minutes' walk away. The old port is within a 5-minute walk. Shops are within a 5-minute walk. The historic center is entirely pedestrianized. The space The house is in the pedestrian center, very pleasant, nearby, the gentle way to go to the beach, a large public garden with playgrounds for the little ones, the boulodrome with a playground for children, the Capucins beach is the closest to the house. In the center you will find many shops and food stores, 5 minutes' walk from the house. You can do everything on foot: the beaches, the city center, the ports and the coves. Electricity is included in the price up to 12 kW per day, the surplus is at your expense. Please be vigilant about your consumption. Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms and fan and electric heating in the living room. Guest access The house overlooks a nice pedestrian square, you can sit there to enjoy the square.
