Relax at our tranquil villa at the foothills of Skandagiri and driving distance to Nandi Hills.This architect designed villa on the first floor is a single bed unit with the best mountain view from the room,living or deck where you relax and dine.All our windows open to this lovely view.A small kitchenette for basic cooking/heating.Our bathrooms are chic with wet and dry area defined. Stretch yourself on the deck with a book without distraction of TV/intenet and enjoy different shades of nature. The space The mountain view is the main attraction here in our property. As architects we have chosen the best possible ways to open and welcome the view from inside of the building.This villa is divided in 2 parts. Lower floor and upper floor.Upper floor has single bed room approximately ,living with kitchenette,2 bathrooms (solar water, rainy season please excuse if no hot water and pressure)and a stunning deck with the fantastic view of the Skandagiri hills. This listing of for upper floor, however, book an entire villa for a special cost or just unwind in the upper floor and enjoy the stay, can accommodate a fourth person but the sleeping arrangement will be in a sod/bed which is only suitable for a tiny adult.Walking distance to Satya Sai gram(a renowned ashram) and around 5kms to a historical temple Bhoganandishwara. Nandi Hills is around 10kms away and tranquility is just a call away! Kindly note kids and infants below 18years are not allowed Pets not allowed! Please note BBQ is electric and it’s first come first serve basis. Upcoming neighbourhood so few or very little minor construction noise from here and there could be possible. As a policy all the, IDs of all the persons’ staying will be collected upon check in. This is a local rule set up by our local authorities Guest access When you book the Upper floor, you can access everything that is on that floor. You can also access the terrace which is in the upper most place of the villa. Parking is available inside the property or plenty of place also available outside of the property. Wifi is not available! Other things to note When you book, you will be booking the upper floor entire house. However, if there aren’t any other guests you will be able to use the lower floor garden and deck as well. No WiFi :) Having a kitchenette, it comes with a microwave and a kettle for heating water. Boil milk or make a hot bowl of soup in the steel utensils that are have given there, cooking as such might not be possible. Store extra food in the refrigerator. However,Food is generally ordered through food delivery people :) Parking-first come first serve! Note-upcoming neighbourhood construction activity to be expected in moderate level. Big sorry to not be able to accept any kids. Age minimum required to reserve is 18 🙏🏻 Please note-During rainy season, it can be flooded (not always). As a policy all the, IDs of all the persons’ staying will be collected upon check in. This is a local rule set up by our local authorities Important to note- During Christmas and new years and normal days, the police beats are common and police might ask to see your Id etc for a random check and you are advised to cooperate.
