Other things to note -The breathtaking views at The View are thanks to its location on the 5th floor—you’ll truly feel on top of the world! Please note that there is no elevator, so access is by stairs only. While the climb rewards you with a spectacular panorama, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or physical limitations. However, for those who enjoy a little daily workout, the stairs add a sporty touch to your stay! -Bora Bora, while distances may not be far, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your mobility and exploration of the island. Renting a car allows you the freedom to discover the hidden gems, scenic spots, and attractions at your own pace. Additionally, well-known car rental companies such as AVIS and Europcar have branches in the town of Vaitape, where you can also find a range of vehicles to choose from. -Alcohol - In French Polynesia, there are regulations regarding the times when alcohol can be sold. Alcohol sales are forbidden after 8 pm from Monday to Saturday, meaning that alcohol cannot be sold in stores. On Sundays, alcohol sales are closed after 12 noon, which means that you cannot purchase alcohol from grocery stores. Restaurants are ok for consumtpion with dining. Additionally, alcohol sales are also closed on national holidays and election days. This means that during these specific days, alcohol cannot be sold.
