Enjoy a stay in our central, modern and spacious one bedroom apartment which can sleep up to 4 people. This second floor apartment within our listed building is just off the Main Street of the town within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and all local amenities, we enjoy fantastic transport links across Ayrshire and Glasgow. The space Upon entering the apartment you have an open plan kitchen/dining area where you can relax and enjoy your meals in comfort. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and luxuries you may require to make your stay enjoyable. The living area is large and spacious with a 50" Smart TV and corner sofa can be made into a full size double bed (which is very comfortable). We also have fitted blackout blinds to ensure this room fills the purpose of a second bedroom should you require it to do so. The corner sofa easily folds from bed to couch and come lounge is a lovely room to sit and enjoy your time. As a lounge the spacious room holds a corner sofa, two arm chairs, a coffee table and console unit a lovely place to sit after an evening exploring our beautiful village. The main bedroom is a bright spacious room which homes a kingsize bed with orthopaedic mattress. The room has drawer storage and a build in wardrobe and is again fitted with black out blinds for your comfort. The bathroom has just been renewed and is very modern with a full size bath and shower providing you the choice of ways to relax. There is plentiful supply of bath/hand towels - shower gel - shampoo and conditioner for you stay. Additional items within the apartment include: kettle toaster oven microwave washing machine Hoover Brush/shovel Clothes horse Hair dryer Nespresso Machine and pods Board games and books for entertainment Freeview tv is available via the smart tv in the lounge Guest access Access to the apartment is via secure entry system which you will be able to open with your phone. Go to the top floor (2 flights of stairs) Once in the apartment block there is a lockbox with the keys at the apartment door. There will be 2 sets of keys for your stay. Once you have your keys you will also be able to open the main entry door with the fob attached to the keys. Other things to note As hosts we are 2 mins away and are always on hand to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
