Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. You will be an easy walk from the best drinks and dining and a short drive to the ferry terminal. The space This newly renovated little house is spacious for 2 and snug for 4. The bedroom provides some privacy and has a brand new queen mattress with 2 modest closets. The sofa sleeper is perfect for kids and is adequate for adults if you attach the provided mattress pad. A full kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea is at your disposal. There is also a small full bathroom with complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, but there is no yard to speak of. Other things to note Please note, that the house is over 100 years old and the tub is an antique claw-footed tub. This means standing in the tub to shower doesn't leave much clearance. I'm afraid anyone over 5' 9" will have to stoop over a bit. We have also received feedback that it may be difficult for people of limited mobility to access the tub due to the height of the tub edge. For guests staying 30 days or more, we provide a cleaning service twice a month, included in the price and we waive the $50 cleaning fee. **For Oyster Run weekend we will have garage space available for 2 bikes, included in price**
