The Guide House - Cottage-feel Cabin w/ Lake View

Welcome to a paradise near Paradise Hills! Whether you are looking to slow down and relax or enjoy all the lake has to offer, the Guide House is the place for you! This modern A-frame cabin will welcome you with a serene, open concept interior with cottage touches throughout, tons of natural light, and a large deck with a treetop lake view of Tenkiller. Just a hop, skip, and a jump from Fin N' Feather, Soda Steve's, and Strayhorn Marina. The space There are 2 bedrooms and a loft area, which features a queen sofa sleeper. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, closet access, and a dresser. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. The loft also has a relaxing seating area and will give you the best views in the house. If you are looking for more privacy in the loft, there are room dividers available that you can set up. Large windows in the living room give beautiful natural views and fills the space with ample light. The dining room can seat 6, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen peninsula. There is space for everyone on the deck with a dining area for six, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit table. Perfect for relaxing and getting some sun during the day, or sitting around the fire at night. So you can have your beautiful view from the deck, the railing is low and has large gaps. Children should be supervised while on the deck. There are 2 covered parking spots in the driveway and enough parking for 2-3 more vehicles. Street parking is not permitted. The TV is connected to the WiFi. You are welcome to connect to your Netflix account and watch your favorite shows after a long day on the lake. Other things to note -$200 refundable damage deposit prior to stay with a possible signed agreement regarding house rules and liability. -The house is at the bottom of a somewhat steep, but paved road that you will need to drive on to get to the house. Please drive slowly! Please be aware of inclement weather, such as snow and ice, during the winter months. Accessibility to and from the house may be limited. -Please be mindful that the house is located in nature. -The cabin road and driveway do not allow for boat parking. -The WiFi can be spotty, so it is not adequate for gaming. It should be acceptable for streaming movies and shows. -The fireplace is not functioning and is solely for aesthetic purposes.
