Relax with the whole family at this serene spot. River front home complete with a firepit, pergola, hammocks, kayaks, walking paths and more. Set on 3 private acres with river access and a dock. You have the entire property to yourself and plenty of space for lawn games and unwinding. The house is fully equipped with a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining area and ample outdoor space. Just 5 min from the Little League Complex and 10 min from downtown Williamsport. The space The house itself includes a large, fully-stocked kitchen, living room with a comfortable convertible bed (sleeps one adult or two kids), a dining space, renovated bathroom with heated floors and a laundry room. An additional air mattress is available upon request. You can also dine outside on the front deck and enjoy the beautiful views of the Susquehanna River. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The first is equipped with a comfortable queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds and a third twin trundle under the bunk. The second has a queen bed and a toddler bed. A pack and play is also available for your use. The third bedroom is cozy but sleeps two people comfortably in twin bunk beds. Outside you can enjoy plenty of outdoor space, either on our private walking paths, in the lawn playing games, around the firepit in a hammock, or down on the water either lounging on the docks or in a chair with your feet in the water. On our shore, the river is very shallow (weather dependent) and perfect for kids and adults wading or swimming. We have 2 adult kayaks and 2 youth kayaks available for your use during your stay. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house and all the grounds of the property. You will not be sharing the property with anyone during your stay.
