Chalet 30-10A is located in the naturist village of La Jenny. It is a 5-minute walk to the village center and swimming pool and 10 minutes to the beach. Ideal for 1 or 2 people who like to live naked in an exceptional setting. The accommodation has a large sunny terrace without overlooking neighbors (southwest facing) and surrounded by vegetation, with an adjoining outdoor shower. A shed is available with plenty of storage. The space Our cottage is equipped with: - a living room: dining area (table, 3 chairs) sofa - a kitchen: classic oven, microwave, glass-ceramic hobs, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes - one bedroom: with new bedding for 2 people (140x190cm) 2 pillows, 1 duvet, 1 blanket - a bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) - garden furniture: 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers - outdoor shower (hot water) Other things to note Rental prices do not include: Additional fees related to the naturist area must be paid to the Chris TEAM concierge before your arrival. These fees include: application fees (28 euros payable once/season the mandatory club card giving access to entertainment and sports activities, price: * Low season: €2 per day per person from 3 years old (from April 2 to July 1, 2022 and from August 27 to September 24, 2022) * High season: €4.5 per day per person from 3 years old (from July 2 to August 26, 2022). You will have to pay for it to obtain the individual "pass" to present at the village reception. The formalities to pay these fees by bank transfer to the village concierge will be specified when booking.
